Fees and Vacancies

 Effective November 1, 2022 are the following monthly fees by Unit size:

• 1 bedroom Units:  $1071
• 2 bedroom Units from $1207 to $1253
• 3 bedroom Units from $1344 to $1423
• 4 bedroom Units: $1531

For all units the members are responsible for Hydro, (electric baseboard) heat and hot water tank rental.
