Fees and Vacancies

 Effective May 1, 2021 are the following monthly fees by Unit size:

• 1 bedroom Units:  $943
• 2 bedroom Units from $1026 to $1071
• 3 bedroom Units from $1308 to $1384
  
• 4 bedroom Units: $1489

For all units the members are responsible for Hydro and hot water tank rental.
